- Rewards points balance and redemption history
- Catering inquiry details (event type, guest count, date, dietary needs)
- Browser, device, and usage information for analytics purposes
- Guest checkout information (name, phone, email) even without a registered account
Your email address and phone number are stored encrypted at rest.
2. How We Use Your Information

- Process and fulfill your pickup orders
- Send order confirmation and status update text messages (SMS) and emails
- Track and apply your rewards points
- Respond to catering inquiries and support requests
- Improve our menu, services, and website

3. SMS Notifications
When you place an order and provide your phone number, we will send you transactional text messages related to your order (confirmation, preparation status, ready for pickup, completion, or payment issues). These messages are sent via Twilio.
- Message frequency varies per order (typically 2–4 messages per order)

If you create an account, you may separately opt in to receive promotional SMS offers. This is optional and governed by the TCPA.
